Are you interested in leading an international Christian school in Africa?

Bingham Academy, located in the heart of Addis Ababa, is looking for a Director who is passionate about education, Christian leadership, and transforming future generations. This is a strategic, multicultural, and meaningful role — for a long-term commitment (minimum 5 years).

As Director, you’ll lead the school’s educational vision, strategic development, day-to-day operations, community life, Christian leadership, and financial planning. You’ll work closely with the Bingham Academy Board and SIM Ethiopia.

What you bring

- You are a committed Christian, actively involved in a local church

- Master’s degree in education or related field

- At least 2 years of classroom experience and 2 years in school leadership

- Strong intercultural and relational skills, strategic mindset

- (Preferred) Experience in international schools or multicultural contexts
