? SIM India is committed to working in partnership with Indian believers to build the Church and see it impact all sections of society.
? Mental health is deeply misunderstood in Indian society and its treatment is vastly under-resourced. People who suffer from mental illness (and their families) are sadly ostracized and marginalized.
? Our partner Emmanuel Hospital Association (EHA) and other partners have a new initiative working in the area of mental health. They are seeking to train and equip churches and volunteers to effectively reach those in their communities who suffer with mental illness.
? As somebody with experience in the mental health field you can be a part of this initiative by writing curriculum and developing training resources that can be used to equip community mental health workers.

Responsibilities: This is a new initiative. Your main responsibility will be to help develop and implement training resources suitable for grassroots communities. ?? A Placement Agreement will be drawn up between SIM and EHA that will outline roles and expectations.
